The Psychology of Traveling Alone
This book focuses more on the psychological side of traveling, which I personally consider essential in personal development. I will touch on both the benefits and the mechanisms behind the anxieties, the needs, I will also talk about how the “inner child” comes out of us and how we can manage those moments better. I will also talk about the experiences that helped me acquire new qualities, such as self-confidence and adaptability. I believe that a journey in which we are alone is one of the most powerful experiences we can have these days.
I want to point out these wonderful moments here and encourage anyone to go on a trip alone at least once in their lifetime. I have never thought I would be able to make such trips, I considered them difficult, but that's because I didn't have all the necessary information.
This book contains only my experiences, as well as observations and conclusions obtained throughout my travels in over fifty countries and over two hundred cities.
A book about solo traveling, about going extra mile, about the difficulties that I have encountered in my trips and about the best moments in life
